Return Policy
All returns must be confirmed before a refund can be issued. To confirm a return, please contact us for return information before sending back the item(s). If you have to return an item becuase our mistake, we will gladly refund the return shipping costs as long as the return is confirmed first.

Restocking Fees
A fee will be charged for the following reasons: items returned in poor condition (damaged due to improper use, installation, attempted installation, or from being badly packed), items returned missing peices, items returned with no explanation, items returned with no confirmation, items returned for no reason other than a refund. Fees are 10%-20% of the original cost of the item(s) when purchased.

Refunds
We will issue a refund within 1 week after the item(s) have been received and return status has been determined. Refunds will be paid in the same manner as the original payment.

Back Orders
You will be notified immediately if a part you order is back ordered. Most back orders can be shipped within 1-7 business days. Full refunds will be issued if you decide to cancel an order.
